Using my life experience to make a difference for artists in my community. As the Founder and co-director of the nonprofit arts organization, Evanston Made, I work with a team to create programs and events that bring visibility and opportunity to the artists in Evanston, IL.

Downtown Evanston worked with GW Properties to gift Evanston Made the vacant old Urban Outfitters space to host a holiday pop up. We had 13,000 sq ft to work with – a tremendous amount of space.
We invited select artists to install large-scale installations that led visitors through a collection of contemporary works across several mediums. From video to weaving to storytelling, these artists created a variety of inspiring and beautiful works of art created under a tight timeframe (we got the key four days before we opened) and total creative freedom – deadlines and creative freedom paid off!
Evanston Made has 400+ members, we are thrilled to have worked with this talented group of installation artists on this project.
Thank you; Anne Hayden Stevens, Annie Asebrook, Bryana Bibbs, Cécile Trentini, Daniel Burnett, Darren Oberto, Ellie Hazlett, Heather Hancock, Jake Wiens, Jamie Lou Thome, Jeff Phillips, Pam Paulsrud, Robin Ryan, Russell Muits, Toni Villasenor-Marchal & Vanessa Filley
